This lovely couple has been married for 40+ years. They realized that the only "nice" photos their children had of them were from weddings. So this Christmas they wanted to give their children a special gift ~ a photograph of themselves. I thought this was such a wonderful idea and knew that their children would especially cherish the images. I had a great time capturing these memories for this lovely couple! Made my job a little easier too;)

This is what I am most thankful for....my family! Growing up I was such a "girly girl" so I always assumed I would have boys...never did I imagine I would be blessed with these two little lovlies....they are my everything. And of course they wouldn't be possible without my husband too! He's a terrific man and amazing father! I hope you all have a wonderful thanksgiving spent with the ones you love! xo

I had the pleasure of working with this gorgeous family one beautiful fall morning. They surprised me by bringing along their dog, Archimedes, but I think I got some great shots of the whole family! Family dogs are like children and I think it can be very special to have them a part of your family's portraits. Makes for wonderful memories in the future!
