~ Katelin and her beautiful PHACE ~ (west chester area children photographer)

I met this sweet girl and her mommy when she was about 6 months old...Katelin has an incredibly rare disease called PHACES. She is a strong little girl who just turned a year old...and I was thrilled to photograph this milestone for her mommy. Katelin is considered a little miracle...on "Rare Disease Day" her mother Lisa wrote this about their experience while she was pregnant and what the doctors told her, "They said, "Katelin may not make it to delivery, that if she does make it to delivery she may not live for very long, if she does live she may not be able to breathe on her own or eat on her own, that she may be severely mentally disabled." I felt like my heart had been ripped from my chest. It was the worst day of my life. my husband and I never discussed termination. We left everything in God's hands and knew that we were going to meet our beautiful baby girl. We were going to do whatever we had to do to make her life amazing. As you can see, Katelin really is a miracle. She made it to delivery and came out fighting. Has it been easy? Absolutely not, but seeing the fight and determination in that baby girl makes everything that we have been through all worth it. I would not change one thing about my beautiful girl. She has taught me so much over this past year and a half. "

I am very thankful to have met this awesome family and this super special little girl...I look forward to creating many more memories for them in the future...xoxo

This was a pleasant surprise shoot...little Jack's mom contacted me a few days after he was born and I was able to fit her in - I had two clients who were still waiting for their babies to be born:) ...I am so glad I did because I really enjoyed this newborn shoot...such a little sweetie with super cool hair...enjoy! xo

Oh this little Miles...slept the entire shoot and was just perfection for me! His big sister was seriously was one the cutest, most spunky little toddlers-- she took me up to her room and we picked out her wardrobe...adorable family...so thankful I had the chance to meet them and photograph their newest little member...welcome to the world little Miles! xo

This beautiful mommy-to-be is a former high school classmate of mine...it was so nice to catch up a bit and spend some time together...we did the shoot on a very busy morning at Longwood Gardens...xoxo

Oh my goodness these two little angels were a dream to photograph! I loved every minute with them and their family...I even went back a second morning to do a few more poses because they let me! ~ Playtime Portrait Sessions ~ (chester county children photographer, west chester lifestyle photography)

Today was the first day in a loooooong time that it was warm...and my girls were all about wanting to play outside! I picked them up from school and told them that they didn't have to go home for "rest time" because we were going to the park! They kept asking, "really? really? are you sure? no nap today?" ...it was kind of funny...I figured that since tomorrow is supposed to be chilly again, why not? We went to their favorite park...since I had my camera in my car from a session I was just at I told them I wanted to take pictures of them...of course that was met with "ugh please don't...we just want to play...can you just take pictures of us playing?" I laughed and said that's what I had planned to do...but then it gave me this idea!

~ Playtime Portrait Sessions ~

These sessions are meant for parents who want images of their children playing, having fun and interacting with one another and their family. These are not posed in any way. I want to capture these special moments for you to treasure forever! You don't need to "dress up" - come as you are and comfortable! 

The session will take place at your local park and will last about an hour...a fun-filled hour!

The fee for the session is $200 

Included in the session fee will be your online gallery of edited images...all downloadable for you to keep forever!
